Cold Water Therapy

As cold as ice.

This is cold water immersion therapy at its finest. Chilled water, down to just 5°C - on demand. No ice needed.

Take the plunge into Chillax, the ideal cold water plunge pool that runs from a 13A socket and requires very little maintenance.

With a comfortable seat for 1 person, you can sink into the cold water and relax.

Balboa Clim8zone II

Keeping you cool. Or hot.

Powered by the Balboa Clim8Zone II mini inverter chiller, which can keep your chill tub crisp and cold... or heat the water to create a mini hot tub.

The Clim8Zone II heats water, too... so your ice bath can also be turned into a hot tub!

The system is super quiet (under 45dBA) and will function at up to -5ºC outside!

The HeatVent Pro+ system enhances the efficiency of the cooling system with better air circulation.

Hassle-Free

Easy to maintain & use.

Your Chillax is easy to maintain, with a simple filtration system that's easy to unscrew and an easily accessible drainage plug, too.

Featuring user-friendly Balboa controls for adjusting the temperature of your chill tub and controlling the LED light, all you need to worry about is sliding into that crisp, cold water.

Enjoy your Chillax Chill Tub & Ice Bath at night time thanks to the underwater LED light. Step in with the comfortable and convenient steps and relax knowing your water is kept at a consistent temperature thanks to the insulated HeatLock skirting and 70mm insulated lid.

The Good

1 of 5

The Important

  • Prepare Gradually

    • Get used to cold water gradually, starting a bit warmer (but still cold).
    • Warm up in a sauna beforehand if possible
  • Stay Safe

    • Do not stay in the water too long (5-20 seconds can be enough, 10 minutes absolute maximum)
    • Do not dip your head if you are a beginner
    • Never ice bath alone
    • Consult a physician if you are in doubt
  • Keep the Temperature

    • Aim for the water temperature to be between 2-10℃
    • Wear a wool hat on your head if you're keeping it above water
  • Get Warm Gradually

    • Emerge from the water
    • Dry your entire body
    • Move around until you start feeling your limbs again
    • Get into a sauna (if you have access) or put on a couple of light layers of clothes and stay indoors

Free delivery to all of mainland UK.

Crane delivery?

H2O do not have a crane delivery option, but they can help you to source a crane for delivery over the top of your property or to an upper level.

Should I use chlorine or bromine

This is entirely personal choice. Chlorine is the most common chemical for a hot tub and for maintaining clean water, but bromine can be suitable for those with chlorine sensitivity. Speak to our team to learn more.

What ground work do I need for the ice bath?

Flat ground with a poured concrete base that has been levelled off is recommended.

You can then add gravel, bark or anything else around this to create a decorative effect.

H2O can also install on patios (as long as they're flat) and decking if it it reinforced.
